Who should apply?
1. Students with academic delinquencies who did not apply for readmission and were not readmitted since 2nd semester, AY 2019-2020
2. Students on AWOL or MRR
3. Non-major students who need to appeal for extension of non-major statusNote: For students automatically reamitted last 1st semester AY 2020-2021 (except for those cases listed that should apply for readmission) and failed to satisfy their contracts last semester, you will be automatically readmitted but you will receive an email regarding instructions on the revision of your contracts for 2nd semester, AY 2020-2021.
