As per the Memorandum No. MANT 2026-005 on August 10, 2026, please be guided with the following Procedures for Academic Field Activities (AFAs):

Summary of COE Procedure for Academic Field Activities (AFA) Application for AY 26-27

1) COE Procedure for On-Campus AFAs v3
2) COE Procedure for Off-Campus AFAs v4 – with additional
field to be filled out for transportation details and safety measures
3) COE Procedure for NSTP AFAs v4 – with additional field to be filled out for transportation details and safety measures
