The University of the Philippines Diliman College of Engineering successfully hosted a Mass Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing with its partner institutions on May 29, 2026, at the Engineering Theater, Melchor Hall, UP Diliman.

The event gathered representatives from industry and partner organizations, UP Diliman Chancellor Dr. Edgardo Carlo L. Vistan II, College of Engineering Dean Dr. Maria Antonia N. Tanchuling, university officials and staff, and faculty members from the different engineering departments. The program served as a reaffirmation of the College’s continuing commitment to strengthening collaboration between the academe, industry, and other key sectors.

Guided by the University’s enduring values of honor, excellence, and service, these partnerships reflect the shared responsibility of UP Engineering and its collaborators to advance knowledge, foster innovation, and respond to the evolving needs of society.

Through these collaborations, partner institutions are given opportunities to engage with emerging engineering talent and contribute to the development of future engineers. At the same time, students gain access to meaningful learning experiences, industry exposure, internships, research collaborations, and potential career pathways.

The UPD College of Engineering extends its sincere gratitude to its partner institutions and guests for their support and participation. As the College continues to expand and deepen these collaborations, it looks forward to building lasting partnerships that will help prepare and empower the next generation of engineers.
