- Students with academic delinquency who failed to apply for readmission
- Students who violate the 24-unit rule for the AY25–26
- Students who are AWOL (Absent Without Official Leave)
- Non-major students requesting an extension of their non-major status
- Students who failed to comply with the terms and conditions of their 2nd Semester AY 2025–2026 contract
- Students who failed to satisfy retention rules
- Students who have reached their MRR limit
- Students who passed only 24% or fewer of the total units they enrolled
