[UPD CoE Shifting/Transfer Information for 1st Sem AY 2023-2024]
The UP College of Engineering will start accepting S1, S2, and T1 shifting/transfer applications for 1st semester, AY 2023-2024 from July 3 to July 14, 2023*
For shiftees within engineering (S1) and within UP Diliman (S2), and transferees from other UP units (T1), please refer to these guidelines.
For Transferees from other schools/university and 2nd degree applicants (T2), check announcements from the Office of University Registrar for application procedures and requirements: https://our.upd.edu.ph/.

True copy of grades (TCG) or clear copy of CRS/SAIS print-out of grades if TCG is not available (CRS/SAIS grades must have a complete name, course and student number)

1. Download and fill out the application form: http://bit.ly/CoEAppForm
2. Answer the Google Form (https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSdv5G8HhqH4rs…/viewform) and upload ZIP file of all requirements (follow the prescribed naming convention)
3. You will receive an automated response. All correspondences shall be done on the email thread received.
4. The admin will check/evaluate the application and the requirements you have submitted. You will also be notified if the forms are complete.
5. The Admin will refer your application to the department/institute for approval.
6. You will be notified of the status of your application on or before 2nd or 3rd week of August.
7. Once admitted, the admin will send you the acceptance letter and requirements to be submitted as soon as possible.
8. Print the acceptance letter and present it to your previous college to request those requirements.
9. Submit all the original documents at Room 204 Admin Office College of Engineering. Only the physical copies/original will be accepted, scanned copy is not allowed, incomplete requirements will also not be accepted.
10. The admin will check/evaluate the requirements you have submitted. You will be notified if all are complete.
11.The admin will send all of your requirements to the Office of University Registrar for the copy of your University Admission Slip.
12. The OUR will send us the scanned copy of your University Admission slip and a copy of your temporary CRS Account (new student only).
13.The admin will send you a copy of your temporary CRS account (new students only).
14. Use your temporary account in CRS for enlistment.
15. Proceed to your department/institute for enrollment.
𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:
1. You may apply for a maximum of 2 degree programs with 2 separate documents submitted.
2. Non Majors from the College of Engineering are not allowed to apply.
3. Letter of intent must always have a signature.
4. Do not submit TCG/CRS grades with incomplete grades.
5. When you are applying for 2 degree programs, inform us of your priority in case you are admitted to both programs.
6. If required, you will be asked for an interview upon evaluation of documents by the admission committee.
7. GWA and MSWA will be considered for courses with numerical grades only.
8. Applicants satisfying the minimum requirements are not necessarily assured of acceptance.
9. Submit all documents in ZIP files with File Name: SURNAME-FIRSTNAME-MIDDLEI_DEGREEAPPLIED. Example: DELACRUZ-JUAN-P_BSGE.zip. For 2 applications, separate the documents into two zip files.
