Who should apply?
1. Students with academic delinquencies who did not apply for readmission and were not readmitted since 2nd semester, AY 2023-2024
2. Students on AWOL
3. Non-major students who need to appeal for extension of non-major status
4. Students who did not register this Midyear 2024 and:
a. Failed to satisfy 2nd semester AY 2023-2024 contract
b. Failed to satisfy retention rules
Students with approved readmission contract MYT 2024 should not file an appeal for First Sem AY 2024-2025 as their readmission contracts are valid for two terms (MYT 2024 and First Sem AY 2024-2025). They are allowed to register for First Sem AY 2024-2025. Evaluation of readmission contract will be at the end of First Sem AY 2024-2025
