The UP Scientific Productivity System was established to encourage and reward scientific productivity among faculty members. Deserving scientists shall be given the rank “UP Scientist” for a specific period of three years with a monetary award, the UP Scientific Productivity Award.

A UP Scientist title (three levels: I, II, & III) is conferred to faculty members for their outstanding scientific productivity and international recognition. These include publications in prestigious journals as authors or editors-in-chief, technological outputs such as patents, and scientific recognition in the form of international scientific awards, and membership in international boards as editors.

We are proud of all of you!
