The UPD College of Engineering and the UP National Engineering Center invites you to the Engineering Public Policy Lecture Series Webinar on Sustainable and Resilient Water Supply Development, which will examine the effects of institutional decisions and current government policies, as well as evaluate possible outcomes of initiatives. This event is primarily aimed at policymakers and decision-makers.
Additionally, the Public Policy Lecture aims to provide a forum for discussion among the industry, academia, and the government on critical national issues and policies. It also aims to increase public understanding of the importance of engineering and science, as well as their critical roles in improving the lives of everyday people.
Professor Emeritus Dr. Guillermo Tabios III of the UP Institute of Civil Engineering will be the keynote presenter at this webinar. Additionally, there will be government and industry leaders serving as panelist reactors: Dr. Ernesto M. Ordonez (Federation Of Philippine Industries), Dr. Sevillo D. David Jr. (National Water Resources Board), Engr. Joel A. Dominguez (Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System – Corporate Office), and Atty. Jo Kristine Celera-Revil (Manila Water Company, Inc.).
