It is with great sadness that the UP College of Engineering announces the passing of Prof. Genaro “Gene” Tolentino Marzan. Prof. Marzan was part of the Department of Geodetic Engineering faculty and served UP for almost four decades (from 1964 to 1996). He was the former Director of the UP Training Center for Applied Geodesy and Photogrammetry and Chairman of the Department of Geodetic Engineering (1984 to 1989). He left behind an inspiring legacy of leadership, excellence, and service to the engineering field.
